After last night and a hang-over from hell plus a guilty conscience, I’ve decided to have a quite night in and watch big brother Get that biach Vanessa out!
Went to the pub last night with a few foke and bumped into Steve and his sXe mates. WE ended up having an argument with Steve over how shit straight edge is, and think we really pissed him off. I know I shouldn’t say anything against it, if that’s the way he wants to live good for him and god knows I wish I could stop drinking. What pissed me off was that he hangs with self-absorbed egotistical losers who just want to belong to cliques. He’s seeing some brainless straight edge chick ( Fascist bastard ) and she treats him like shit, takes his money and only wants to talk to other edgers !?!!?! I’m sorry but I see this whole straight edge thing as a complete fashion statement, its just emo / rock kids that wanna be in a smaller scene and to feel like they’re above everyone else. Steves girl friend got pissed off because we were saying that Jason doesn’t drink, doesn’t do drugs, doesn’t eat meat, doesn’t smoke ( unlike one of steves SXE mates ), and he doesn’t categorise himself as straight edge. It incredible to see how serious people take themselves just because they’re on a scene, we weren’t attacking her, we just wanted to ask her about it seen as though shes been pretty rude to us before, but Steve + straight edgers weren’t very happy.
